Every property has its own character, and our goal is to capture the details, design, and features that make each home unique. Through professional photography, video, and a streamlined creative process, we create visuals that showcase your listing and make a strong impression on potential buyers.

Photography Approach

HDR Photography

For standard residential listings, our HDR photography service provides an efficient and professional solution. Sessions typically require 30–45 minutes on-site, allowing us to capture the property clearly and professionally while maintaining an efficient turnaround.

Architectural Photography

For custom-built homes and architecturally distinctive properties, our team takes a more detailed approach. We carefully consider lighting, composition, architectural elements, materials, and the features that make each property stand out.

These productions typically require 2–3 hours on-site, with additional time potentially needed for larger homes or properties with unique design characteristics.

Our goal is to create visuals that showcase a property’s design, functionality, and overall appeal.

Scheduling

To ensure each booking receives the necessary attention, Property Photography GTA accepts a limited number of appointments each day. This allows our team to work efficiently and deliver consistent results for every property.

Preparing Your Property

A successful photoshoot begins before our team arrives.

Please ensure the property is fully cleaned, staged, and ready for photography. We recommend removing personal items, preparing all rooms, and ensuring the home is presented at its best.

Whenever possible, homeowners, tenants, pets, and additional occupants should be off-site during the photoshoot. The listing agent is responsible for providing access and securing the property after the session.

If a lockbox is available, please provide the access code during booking.

If the property is not ready when our team arrives and a return visit is required, additional scheduling and service fees may apply.

Delivery Timeline

• Photography: Delivered the following morning. Friday appointments are delivered on Monday.

• Video Content: Delivered within 2 business days, depending on project scope.

We understand the importance of timing in real estate marketing and aim to deliver content promptly and efficiently.

Rescheduling

To modify or cancel your appointment, please use the confirmation email received after booking. This allows you to manage your scheduled service easily.

Cancellation Policy

Each appointment reserves dedicated production time for our team.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a 50% cancellation fee of the reserved service amount, as last-minute changes prevent us from offering that time slot to another client.

Rights and Usage

When you hire Property Photography GTA, you are purchasing a license to use the content we create for your own marketing and promotional purposes. Copyright and ownership of the content remain with Property Photography GTA unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The content may not be shared, gifted, resold, sublicensed, transferred, or redistributed to any third party, nor may you recover your expenses through the resale or redistribution of the content.

Marketing & Portfolio Usage

Property Photography GTA reserves the right to use photographs, videos, and other content created as part of a project on our company website, social media channels, portfolio, promotional materials, and other marketing platforms to showcase and promote our work and services.
