Thank you for choosing Property Photography GTA! We are pleased to provide professional real estate photography and videography services designed to showcase your listings through high-quality visuals and compelling storytelling. Our services include professional photography and videography for real estate listings, as well as related property marketing and promotional content.
Photos: Delivered within 24 hours of the scheduled session, except for Friday sessions, which are delivered on Monday.
Videos: Delivered within 48 hours of the scheduled session, except for Friday sessions, which are delivered on Monday unless otherwise specified in the project scope.
Revisions: Each photo or video project includes one (1) complimentary revision after the initial delivery. Additional revisions will incur an extra fee, which will be quoted and agreed upon before proceeding.
Refunds: Due to the subjective nature of creative work, refunds are not offered solely because a client dislikes the creative style, design choices, or artistic direction after a project has been delivered. Reasonable efforts will be made during the included revision process to address client feedback. This policy does not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable law.
Property Photography GTA, its team members, videographers, photographers, and administrative staff are not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings, valuables, or property during on-site work, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
The real estate agent, homeowner, or authorized representative is responsible for securing and safeguarding all personal belongings and valuables before the scheduled session.

Your appointments are important to us and are reserved especially for you. We understand that changes may be necessary; however, we request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a 50% cancellation fee of the reserved service amount. This policy helps us manage our schedule and offer available time slots to other clients.
When you hire Property Photography GTA, you purchase a license to use the content we create for your marketing purposes. Copyright and ownership of the content remain with Property Photography GTA unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You may not share, gift, resell, sublicense, transfer, or redistribute the content to third parties without prior written permission. You may not recover your expenses through the resale or redistribution of the content.
